Returns & Exchanges

Our return and exchange policy for QADR products.

Return Window

You can return or exchange items within 7 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

To initiate a return, contact us on WhatsApp: 742539489 with your order ID.

Eligible Items

All products are eligible for return or exchange if they meet the return conditions.

Items must be in original condition with no signs of wear, damage, or alteration.

Custom or personalized items may not be eligible for return unless there's a manufacturing defect.

Return Process

Contact us on WhatsApp with your order ID and reason for return.

We'll provide you with a return authorization and pickup details.

Our team will arrange for pickup from your address (shipping charges will be borne by the customer).

Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your refund or exchange.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and verify the returned item.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the order.

For COD orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Exchanges

Exchanges are available for size or color changes, subject to availability.

If the desired size/color is not available, we'll process a refund instead.

Price differences, if any, will be adjusted during the exchange process.

Defective or Wrong Items

If you receive a defective item or wrong product, contact us immediately.

We'll arrange for a free pickup and replacement at no additional cost.

Full refund is also available if replacement is not possible.
